Sacramento Museums Celebrate Spring With Special Events & Activities in April!

Earth Fest - Party for the Planet at the Sacramento Zoo -- April 5   
It’s a party for the planet! Learn how to protect and preserve the earth with environmental, wildlife and conservation organizations. Get ready to move your feet and dance in the streets morning, noon and night when the 2014 Sacramento Music Festival & Jubilee returns over Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-26!  The four-day musical celebration will showcase nearly 100 bands playing 300 sets at 20 venues -- most within walking distance -- from Old Sacramento to the Convention Center area. A wide variety of musical styles will be featured at the 2014 Sacramento Music Festival such as American roots rock, soulful and rockin’ blues, Cajun/zydeco, country, rockability,  bluegrass, ragtime, early New Orleans jazz & swing, street beat, Latin music, big band, orchestras, banjo performances, dance and party bands, and more.
